I have her birth as August 14, 1817 in Cumberland Co., Pennsylvania, and she died January 26, 1856 in Harlem Springs, Carroll Co., Ohio. Will do more checking to be sure of the dates. This headstone is a newer then 1856, so if some one had a stone made later they may of had the years mixed up. Sarah Christlieb, married on 31-March-1842, Abraham Haun at Harlem Springs, Carroll County, Ohio. Abraham Haun was born May-20-1816 in Frederick County, Maryland, a son of John Haun, Sr., and Elizabeth ___________ , both natives of Frederick County, Maryland. The Abraham Haun family resided the remainder of their lifetime in the area of Harlem Springs. Sarah Christlieb Haun, aged 40 years, died of bronchitis and consumption on January-25-1856 at her home near Harlem Springs, Lee Township, Carroll County, Ohio. She was buried in Harlem Springs Cemetery, Lee Township, Carroll County, Ohio. They had the following children (5): (1) Barbara Ann Haun was born 16 Apr 1843 in Carroll County, Ohio. She married Elmer Heidie/Hydie/Heidy. (2) Jerucia Christlieb Haun( she signed postcards: 'JC Christlieb-Haun' ) was born 25 Feb 1845 in Carroll County, Ohio. After the death of her mother, at about nine years of age, she came to live with her aunt Susannah Maxwell, at Berwick, Ohio for ten +/- years. It is thought that Jerucia Haun returned to Carroll County around 1870. She married Hiram Walters on 16-May-1872 in Carroll County, Ohio. Hiram Walters was born March-27-1847 in Perry Township, Carroll County, Ohio, a son of John and Mary Ann (Slates) Walters both of whom were born in North Township. Harrison County, Ohio. Hiram Walters died June-20-1915, in Lee Township, Carroll County, Ohio. They had no children. Jerucia Walters died 01 Mar 1927 at Akron, Summit County, Ohio. Hiram and Jerucia Walters are both buried in Arabia Cemetery, in Perrysville, Carroll County, Ohio. (3) Ellenora Haun was born 26 Dec 1846 in Carroll County, Ohio. She married John Sell on 11 Nov 1869. They had children: Cora A. Sell, Ada F. Sell. Cora married David Davis. They had no children. Ada married Perry Maples. They had children: Dr. Lloyd Maples, Doris Maples. Dr. Lloyd Maples married __________. They had one daughter __________. Doris Maples married Lon Grable. They had children: Lee Grable, Susie? Grable. (4) Susanna Almrya Haun was born 30 Aug 1850 in Carroll County, Ohio. She died, aged 11/12 years old, in 1862, and is buried in Harlems Springs Cemetery, Lee Township, Carroll County, Ohio.
