Description	:	Wilbur Willis Wesche, 93, of Ridgeville Corners, Ohio, passed away peacefully at his residence on April 21, 2013. Wilbur retired from Zellers of Defiance, Ohio, in 1985, after 38 years. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, where he was an active member serving as deacon and treasurer. He was also a member of the Ridgeville Corners Fire Department and the American Legion Post 454. He served his country in World War II, where he was an aerial engineer in the Pacific. Wilbur was preceded in death by his parents, Carl J. and Emma (Breininger) Wesche; and his siblings, Edna Meek, Paul, Victor, Orville and Charles Wesche. Funeral services for Wilbur is on Friday, April 26, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the Zion Lutheran Church of Ridgeville Corners, with Pastor Alvia Martis officiating. Burial will follow at the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery, where military honors will be accorded to Wilbur by the U.S. Army and the American Legion Post 454 of Ridgeville Corners.
