William Coffy, aged resident of Orange Township, died near Palermo, Wednesday night. Burial was made at Palermo, Friday, Mr. Coffy 80 reached the ripe old age of 84 years and six months. He was born in Union Township. Mr. Coffy is survived by his widow, a duaghter Mrs. Samuel Moreland, two sons Thomas at home and John H., living in Florida. A daughter died in California some years ago. Will of William Coffy, Filed April 30, 1917. In the name of the Benevolent Father of all I William Coffy of the County of Carroll and State of Ohio do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament - Item First - I will to my wife Rebecca the use of all my farm as long as she lives. I will to her all my money and my share of the personal property to do as she pleases with after all my debts are paid. Item second - I will to my son John H. Coffy the sum of $100 to be paid in two equal payments without interest the first payment in one year after my death the second payment in two years after my death. Item third - I will to my daughter Mary C. Moreland the sum of $300 to be paid in three equal payments without interest - the first payment in one year after my death, the second payment in two years after my death, the third payment in three years after my death. Item Fourth - I will to my son Thomas B. Coffy my farm at my wife's death by him paying all the bequests mentioned in this Will and whatever expense may be caused by the sickness of my wife before her death and her funeral expense if she has no personal property of her own at the time of her death for to pay these expenses with and also a respectable tombstone for my wife and I not later than at my wife's death. My wife is to be well taken care of while she lives. Item Fifth - I do herby appoint my son Thomas administrator of this my last will and testament without bond.
