She was born January 12, 1907, in Gosper County to Fred and Phoebe Steinbrink. She was married June 24, 1925, in Hasting to Clarence H. Dreher. They farmed south of Elwood from 1926 to 1936 and lived in Elwood from 1936 to 1940. Mr. and Mrs. Dreher have lived in Hastings since 1940. Mrs. Dreher is survived by her husband, Clarence H., of Hastings; one son, the Rev. John Dreher, of Diocese of Providence Steubenville, Ohio; two daughters Mrs. Dorothy (Lawrence) Stoeckinger of Las Vegas, Nev.; Mrs. Coleen Friedel of Wichita, Kansas; two brother, Charles and Leo Steinbrink of Elwood and Earl Steinbrink of Sun City, California; sisters Abbie Dreher of Elda Burch of North Platte; Velma Steinbrink of Hastings, ___ grandchildren; and one granddaughter. Services were held Tuesday ___ a.m. at the First Christin Church in Hastings, with the Rev. Burkhardt officiating. Grave services were at 3 p.m. at Elwood Cemetery with Rev. John Dreher officiating. Clark Berryman Funeral Services in Elwood in charge of arrangements. Note: Part of this obituary was unreadable.
