The bride is a graduate of Gunston Hall and the bridegroom graduated from the Maryland University Law School and is a member of the Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity. Oxley, Jr, and Virginia O. West; sister of Bruce S. Branson Jr., and Eleanor B. Hurd; she also is survived by two grandchildren. Friends may call at the late residence, after 5 p.m., Wednesday. Services at Christ Episcopal Church, 107 South Washington St., Rockville, Md., Friday, May 29, at 11 a.m. Interment Monocacy Cemetery. Arrangements by Tyson Wheeler Funeral Home.
