Glasco Sun, March 11, 1937, page 3 Daniel Henry Teasley was born September 11, 1873, near Glasco, Kansas and died at his home March 7, 1937, at the age of 63 years, 6 months and 26 days. He was the oldest son of W.W. and Nancy Jane Teasley. His early life was spent on the farm homestead north of Glasco. Here he worked industriously to aid in keeping and improving the farm and home. On March 13, 1895, he was united in marriage to Bertha Cross of Glasco, Kansas and they maintained their residence in or near Glasco throughout their married life. He was always much interested in his farm work and home and was most successful in his work with livestock. He was always an honest and strictly moral man, very genial and had many warm friends. He is survived by his widow, and one son, Roy, two grandchildren, Orma and Elwyn. The pastor has been to that farm home several times; he can read in those things about that farm and home an intense love for the family. It may seem dark as we look at this Separation, but in that husband's love for farm and home and family, this pastor sees a providence. Our lives are ordered by our Heavenly Father more than we think.
