Description	:	Della S. Throne, oldest daughter of Daniel Dry and Rebecca (sic) Mull dry, was born at Allendale, Mo., December 22, 1867. She passed away at the Blue Valley Home in Hebron, Nebr., October 8, 1964, at the age of 96 years, nine months and 16 days. When she was 16 years old, she came to the Chester Community from Missouri with her parents, two sisters, and four brothers. Throne, oldest daughter of Daniel Dry and Rebecca (sic) Mull dry, was born at Allendale, Mo., December 22, 1867. She passed away at the Blue Valley Home in Hebron, Nebr., October 8, 1964, at the age of 96 years, nine months and 16 days. When she was 16 years old, she came to the Chester Community from Missouri with her parents, two sisters, and four brothers. She attended Chester High School. She taught school for seven years in Thayer county (sic). April 1887, Mrs. Throne united with the Chester Church of Christ. She worked with the womens organizations. March 18, 1896, she was married to Elmer L. Throne, at Chester. One daughter, Frieda, was born to this union. Mrs. Throne was preceded in death by her husband, in 1955; her parents; two sisters and three brothers. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, grandchildren; six great grandchildren, and her 95 year old brother, Harley Dry of Chester; many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
