Crim, former resident of Carroll County, died suddenly, Saturday, March 8, in Barton County, Missouri. The body was brought to the home of her daughter, Mrs. Will Shawver. Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Sigler of Harlem, were held at Kilgore at 10 a.m., Wednesday, and burial was made in Kilgore cemetery. The deceased was the youngest child of the late James and Anne McCort and was born in Union township, October 8, 1843. She was married to Jacob Crim, June 15, 1865. They lived in Perry Township until 1880 when they moved to Carrollton, Carrollton County, Missouri. Mr. Crim died in 1917. Four daughters survive: Mrs. Will Shawver, of Perry Twp.; Mrs. Leroy Miller, of Kenoma, Missouri, with whom Mrs. Crim had made her home; Mrs. R. A. McKee, of Plath, Kansas and Mrs. C. C. Hough, of Kenoma, Missouri; also six grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, and a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Capper of Union Twp.
