Description	:	Funeral services were held last Tuesday at 2 o'clock for Mrs. Walter Kile, who passed away Sunday morning at the McVille hospital following an illness of spinal menegitis. The services were conducted by Walter Jardine, of Cando and Wm. Sullivan, of Binford, who preached excellent sermons. A mixed chorus and Miss Overby sang a number of beautiful hymns. A very large number of friends and relatives had gathered to pay their last tribute of respect to the deceased. Esther Gilbertson was born September 28, 1907, and is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert S. Gilbertson. She grew to young womanhood in this vicinity where she attended school and was confirmed. On January 20, 1928, she was united in marriage to Walter Kile, two which union two sons were born, Clayton age 5 and Ronald age 2, who survive. She leaves to mourn her passing, two brothers, Gotfred and Monroe Gilbertson, and a sister, Miss Gladys, and her parents. Burial was made in the cemetery north of town. Contributed by Dennis C.
