He was a member of Rolling Hills Christian Church, Topeka. He was preceded in death by his wife. He is survived by three sons, Richard D. milner of Emporia, Robert L. Milner of Topeka, and Jeffrey A. Milner of Liberal, Ks., two daughters, Marilyn J. Stumbaugh of LaMar, Ark., and Marcia D. Milner of Silver Lake, Ks., 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Services were held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, May 28, 1996 at the Parker-Price Mortuary in Topeka. Burial was in Prairie Home Cemetery, Topeka.
