He was age 47 born in Ohio, his wife Belle age 41 born in Ohio, daughter Effa age 26, and her husband William Brandt age 25 born in Ohio, and there children; Mercedes Brandt age 2 and William Yale Brandt age 1, all born in Ohio. His obituary in the Free Press Standard, Carrollton, Ohio, Thursday, March 19, 1936. Funeral services for Robert Albaugh, 74, life long resident of Loudon Township, who died at his home three miles east of Kilgore Tuesday, will be held Friday morning at 10 o'clock from the Graham Funeral Home, Amsterdam. Burial will be in the Kilgore Cemetery. He had been ill for the past six weeks. Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Effa Brandt; four grandchildren, one great grandchild and one sister, Mrs. Caroline Kirby. His obituary in the Carroll Journal, Carrollton, Ohio, Thursday, March 19, 1936. Robert N. Albaugh, 76, of near Kilgore, died at his home Tuesday, March 17. his wife, Belle (Able) Albaugh, preceded him in death 14 years ago. A daughter, Mrs. Effa Brandt, survives, with four grandchildren, Yale Brandt of Battle Creek, Michigan, and Eva, Eileen and Robert of the home, and two great-grandchildren. Surviving also is a sister, Mrs. Caroline Kirby of Lamartine. Mrs. Harry E. Gould of Carrollton is a niece. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. in the Graham Funeral home at Amsterdam, in charge of Rev. R. J. Smith. Interment will be made in Kilgore Cemetery.
