Stanley. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lela Marion Stanley of the home; two daughters Mrs. Charles (Shirley) Stanley of Dobson and Mrs. Billy (Faye) Burton of Rt. 1, Elkin; one son, Leroy "Bill" Stanley of Dobson. 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Woodrow (Lalar) Coe of Rt. 3, Dobson; and one brother, Sidney Stanley of Ramseur. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Davis & Son Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in Bear Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Davis & Son Funeral Home in Dobson Thursday from 7 until 9 p.m. Flowers are permitted or memorials may be made to the Hugh Chatham Nursing Center Activity Department, in care of Isabelle Shore, director, 230 Hawthorne Road, Elkin, North Carolina, 28621. H/O Lela Beatrice Marion. Paternal grandparents were Jesse Sarah "Sallie" Wilmoth Stanley. Maternal grandparents were Francis Marion and Martha Holyfield Childress. (Recorded by: K.
