Description	:	Ruby E. Ingram, the daughter of Edward W. and Letha Apple Strotman, was born on October 23, 1919, near St. Edward, Nebraska where her parents farmed. They moved to a farm near Aurora in 1922 where she attended Aurora schools through high school graduation in 1938. On October 12, 1940, Ruby married Donald V. Ingram at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Aurora, Nebraska. They moved to Glendale, California in 1941 and both worked for Lockheed Aircraft Corporation building P-38s until 1945 when they returned to Aurora to help Ruby's folks with farming. She worked for Red & White Grocery... Read More	Ruby E. Ingram, the daughter of Edward W. and Letha Apple Strotman, was born on October 23, 1919, near St. Edward, Nebraska where her parents farmed. They moved to a farm near Aurora in 1922 where she attended Aurora schools through high school graduation in 1938. On October 12, 1940, Ruby married Donald V. Ingram at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Aurora, Nebraska. They moved to Glendale, California in 1941 and both worked for Lockheed Aircraft Corporation building P-38s until 1945 when they returned to Aurora to help Ruby's folks with farming. She worked for Red & White Grocery for about 10 years and managed Ken's Motel until she and Donald moved to Grand Island in 1960. More recently they have lived in Lincoln and Omaha. Ruby is survived by her two sons, Ronald Ingram and his wife Sharon and Russell Ingram and his wife Susan, both of Omaha, seven grandchildren, Sandra Ham, Timothy Ingram and his wife Christine, Joel Ingram and his wife Jenna, Brian Olson and his wife Deborah, all of Omaha, Todd Ingram and his wife Teresa of Lincoln, Jill Hudon and her husband Arthur of Wethersfield, Ct., Jeffrey Olson and his wife Cindy of Austin, Mn., thirteen great grandchildren, sister-in-law, Eleanor Strotman of Central City, and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Ruby was preceded in death by her husband Donald, her parents Edward and Letha, her sister Evelyn Wright, brothers Francis Strotman, Edward Strotman Jr., and James Strotman.
