HARLEM MAN FOUND DEAD IN BARN The body of Walter S. He stated that White died about 11 a.m. Mr. White was born in Lee Twp. and had lived all his life in Carroll County except for 12 years residence in Minerva. He was a trustee of Lee Township for eight years and a member of the Harlem Springs Presbyterian Church, Straw Camp Grange and the Carroll County Farm Bureau. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ethel (Knox) White; a son, Harold White of Harlem Springs; two daughters, Mrs. Lois Maple of RD 3, Carrollton and Miss Ruth Ann White of the residence; his mother, Mrs. Laura Orwick of RD 1, Carrollton; two sisters, Mrs. Raymond Blazer of RD 1, Carrollton and Mrs. Frank Shepherd of RD 1, Amsterdam; and nine grandchildren. Services will be conducted today (Thursday) at 2 p.m. at the Allmon Funeral Home in Carrollton by Rev. Russell W. Shepherd. Burial will be in Harlem Springs Cemetery.
