Description	:	AESCHLIMAN Florence A. Florence A. Aeschliman, age 86 years, of Archbold, passed away Friday afternoon, July 10, 2009, at Fairlawn Haven Nursing Home in Archbold. She was born October 12, 1922, near Wauseon, the daughter of Andrew and Mary (Miller) Short. She married Elton Aeschliman on April 15, 1949, and he preceded her in death on May 9, 2002. A life-long resident of the Wauseon/Archbold area, she was a homemaker, was active with Sunshine Children's Home Auxiliary many years, and a charter member of North Clinton Mennonite Church at Wauseon. Aeschliman, age 86 years, of Archbold, passed away Friday afternoon, July 10, 2009, at Fairlawn Haven Nursing Home in Archbold. She was born October 12, 1922, near Wauseon, the daughter of Andrew and Mary (Miller) Short. She married Elton Aeschliman on April 15, 1949, and he preceded her in death on May 9, 2002. A life-long resident of the Wauseon/Archbold area, she was a homemaker, was active with Sunshine Children's Home Auxiliary many years, and a charter member of North Clinton Mennonite Church at Wauseon. She is survived by five children, Carma (Amos) Yoder of Rockford, IL, Merna (Tim) Bower of Wauseon, Reed (LiPo) Aeschliman of Phnom, Penh, Cambodia, Lila (Mark) Zellers of Sylvania, and Vonda (Jeff) Rickard of Florida; eight grandchildren; one brother, Lawrence (Doris) Short of Archbold; one sister, Martha (David) Miller of Souderton, PA. She was preceded in death by parents; husband; brothers, Harold Short, Verden Short and Elden Short; sisters, Luella Yoder, Viola Rufenacht, Lillie Short, Beulah Troyer, and Mary Jane Holsopple. Services will be on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at North Clinton Mennonite Church with Pastor Brad Faler officiating. Interment will follow in the Pettisville Cemetery. Friends may call at Fairlawn Chapel on Monday from 4-8 p.m. and at the church after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. Short Funeral Home in Archbold has been entrusted with the arrangements. Memorials are suggested to North Clinton Christian Preschool or Fairlawn Haven. Published in Toledo Blade on July 12, 2009
