T. and Mrs. Eva Bennett Fenters, of Hemingway, and was married to Mary Katherine Richardson March 24, 1950 in Johnsonville. Funeral services will be held at an hour to be announced later from the Hemingway Baptist Church, of which he was a member, conducted by the Rev. C. H. Beard, pastor, and the Rev. Leroy Calder, a former pastor, now of Albemarle, N.C. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Georgetown county under the direction of Morris funeral Home. He graduated from the Hemingway High School where he was a start in all athletics. Upon graduation he was taken into active service with the U. S. Army in Co. F 318th Infantry of the 80th Division. He saw combat service during his two years in Central Europe and the Rhineland. Reynolds was a member of the American Legion Post 84 of Hemingway. The members of his post will serve as an honorary escort at the funeral. Reynolds was engaged in business in Hemingway with his father, who is a used car and livestock dealer. Active pallbearers will be Charles McAlister, Evans Grumble, Keith Cribb, Crafton Eaddy, Gilbert Fenters, Jr., and J. B. Richardson. Surviving, besides his parents and wife, are two small daughters, Judy Belinda and Rhonda Elaine Fenters, both of the home, two sisters, Mrs. W. C. Timms of Hemingway and Mrs. Harry Tokunauga of Columbia; four brothers, D. T. Fenters, Jr., of Georgetown, Bennett Fenters, Don Fenters, both of Hemingway; and Richard Fenters of the U. S. Navy, stationed in the Pacific area.
