He was listed as age 44 born November 1855 in Ohio, his wife Mary E. age 37 born July 1862 in Ohio, their children listed were; Jason E. age 11 born May 1889, Mary F. age 8 born August 1891 and Jessie H. (female) age 2 born July 1897, all born in Ohio. His obituary in the Carroll Chronicle, Carrollton, Ohio, Friday, February 5, 1926. David Yingling died at his home in Loudon Township, Monday, from heart trouble following a severe cold. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Sigler of Harlem on Wednesday and burial was made at Kilgore. Mr. Yingling was born in Loudon Township, November 6, 1855. He was twice married, his first wife being Maggie Carter, who died June 18, 1881. And on April 9, 1885, he was married to Mary E. Simmons. He is survived by his widow; one son, Jason Yingling, of the home; two daughters, Mrs. J. B. Wallace of Toronto, and Miss Florence of the home. Two step-brothers, Morris James of Cleveland, and S. T. James of Scio, also survive.
