George in Lee Township. He was born in Lee Township April 19, 1876, a son of James and Martha (Potts) George. Besides his son, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Elsie Gallaher and a brother, D. Verne George, both of Carrollton; a sister, Mrs. Jennie Starr of New Smyrna, Florida, and six grandchildren. Services were held Monday afternoon in the Allmon parlors with Rev. R. E. Swinehart of Harlem Springs officiating, assisted by rev. W. R. Taylor of Carrollton. Burial was made in Harlem Springs Cemetery.
